The first steps…
First things first - there’ll be an introductory meeting with your HR and Health and Safety teams, and UKIM’s Accounts and Operations Managers. This is a chance for everyone to get to know each other a little more, and to fully understand the onboarding process.
Following on from your risk assessments, the UKIM team will be able to identify exactly what it is that your business needs, and more specifically what aspects of health surveillance and tailored OH provision your business requires. This is so that your services can be run as efficiently as possible.
After your introductory meeting…
Your Account Manager will send over the onboarding forms so that we can set up your Occupational Health portal. These forms and documents will include;
· A System User Form (for those who can make a staff referral)
· Location List Form
· Job Titles Form
· We Are UKIM Document
· User Guides
· Help and Support Details
Once the forms and documents have been completed, we can finalise set up your Occupational Health portal account/s so that you can make staff referrals at anytime you need. Before jumping into referrals, your UKIM Account Manager will give you demonstrations and training so that you completely understand how to use the portal and how to successfully create referrals for your employees.
A detailed walk-through the system, in-person or remotely depending on your request and location, will ensure that you are getting all that you can from your portal, and likewise ensure that our team can provide the best tailored service you need.
