### Allan Totty - Head of IT

Allan is responsible for UKIM’s IT services and has a key focus on **change management** and **system development**. After graduating from Sunderland University with a degree in **Computing with Mathematics**, Allan worked for several years in a manufacturing environment, primarily focused on infrastructure and support with an increasing level of managerial responsibility. Allan joined UKIM in 2007 as our first **IT in house specialist** and has since covered a range of IT disciplines whilst growing the business and department.
